We build the engine. You build the car.
We're obsessed with one thing: the quality of the engineer. Every vehicle is only as good as its engine, and we've spent years perfecting ours — senior engineers trained on real enterprise systems, held to a bar most firms don't attempt. And we like the work others don't: the high-paced startup racing to ship, and the highly regulated enterprise where nothing ships without scrutiny. Different vehicles. Same engine.
Built in California. Engineered across three continents.
Neutech is headquartered in Orange County, California, with our engineering hub anchored by two offices in São Paulo, Brazil — a real campus where 350+ engineers collaborate, train, and ship, not a mailing address. From there, our footprint extends across Latin America, the United States, and Europe, giving clients senior talent that works their hours, speaks their language, and understands their market.
That structure is deliberate — and so is our leadership. Neutech is run by executives on the ground on both sides of the operation: client partnership and growth in California, engineering and delivery leadership in São Paulo, with reach into Europe for clients and talent operating across time zones. No offshore black box, no satellite office running on autopilot — senior leadership everywhere the work happens.

The people behind the work
Jared Neutel
Leads Neutech's vision, growth, and client partnerships. Jared works directly with every client relationship — from first conversation through delivery — and splits his time between California and São Paulo, staying close to both sides of the operation.
Rafael Goncalves
Leads Neutech's global engineering organization from São Paulo. Rafael architected infrastructure for the Central Bank of Brazil and has led systems processing billions in daily transactions. He oversees the Residency Program and the technical bar every Neutech engineer has to clear.
Gustavo Haramura
Leads global operations and delivery across every engagement. Gustavo owns the machinery that makes month-to-month flexibility possible — onboarding engineers in one to two weeks, keeping engagements on track, and making sure every client always knows exactly where things stand.
